C Z purlin forming machine adopts a special structure.
Change from C to Z is very quickly without dismantle any parts, The forming tooling is simply unclamped (two bolts), rotated through 180 degree, and re-tightened. The form tooling is unclamped, slid into the correct position by PLC control. No special tools, no spacer changed.
Input data in touch screen can adjust any size automatically, by motor driving stations moving accurately on linear guiderail with help of encoder and limit switch.  
The Roll tools are carved in highly precise CNC machines which gives it best quality and long life.
