Some Details About Door Frame You Need To Know
If you have request for door frame roll forming machine, the following points you should know.1> Door frame raw material thickness usually about 0.8-1.4 mm, some customers mamybe ask for more thicker.
Usually, more thicker the thickness, more expensive the machine is.
2> As you see in the below drawing, these two profile can be make on one machine by adjust roller spacer manually.
So before ask for price, you need to confirm that how many size you want to produce.
This important information also can influence the machine price.
3> Whether need punching holes? Some customers request for punching holes on the door frame.
If you need punching holes, we will add a punching device before roll forming.
The punching device can be controled by PLC control system.
