When it is good to choose the manual double head decoiler?
1. When match combined light keel rolling forming machine, one machine for two or more types coil width.
2. When working for different color coil.
3. When for difficult material like PPGI or GI.
4. The good thing is that you can switch the coil from one to another easily.
5. Designed with brake, you can change the direction of the coil easily.
Hydraulic double head decoiler:
Structure: double-station form, equipped with a rotating bearing that can be rotated by 180 degrees, hydraulic slider type expansion and contraction (optional manual expansion), air disc brakes.Advantages: one work and one ready for feeding speed, easy to operate
It is used to support the rotation of the coil. The main shaft is stretched and tightened by a hydraulic cylinder at the rear. After the coil is clamped, the pinch roller is placed on the coil by a hydraulic cylinder. The coil is driven by a motor reducer mounted on the top. The strip is fed into the pinch leveler. The unwinding uses pneumatic braking. Above the uncoiler, there is a pressure roller that prevents the roll. The uncoiler can be fully translated by the rear hydraulic cylinder, the plc is controlled by the upper feed, and the photoelectric detection automatically slows down.
