Brief introduction about the high speed metal U channel making machine

The high speed U channel making machine can make U profile with roll forming and punching holes.

For this machine, include decoiler, main roll former, product collect table, PLC control system and hydraulic oil pump station.

The decoiler is manual type, can support the coil and make it uncoiling. Then need you put material into machine by hand.

The main roll former have feeding device and punching device. Feeding device help feeding the material.

The punching device can punching holes according to the hole shape and dimension.

PLC control system can control the cutting length, working speed and cutting quantity.

1. The feeding device have hand wheel to adjust the feeding width, and has the touch roller to support the material, 

the guiding device ensure the material will be sent into machine very straight.

2. The machine rollers we choose Cr12 as material, but Some manufacturer choose Cr15.

Actually Cr12 is more hardness than Cr15, so can make sure the roll forming performance and prolong the service life.

3. The punching and cutting device are put together in one device.

That means the machine can cutting and punching at the same time. So can imporve the work speed.

4. The machine speed can reach 30m/min with punching, cutting and punching device is tracking move, no need stop.
