The C/ Z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine can make many size for C purlin and Z purlin. Main roll former can change the size and model by the electric type.

 roller shaft:

   Motor drive roller shaft material: 40 Cr

   Other roller shaft material:45# steel

 press rib device

   when you don't want to press a rib, you can adjust the interval between the two rollers manually.

  straightening:

   there are two straightening unit,one of has ten rollers on the two shaft used for C/Z and another has four rollers on the two shaft.

punching device:

    After forming,punching the single hole and double hole.

   Circle hole:Φ14mm andΦ16mm
   Ellipse hole:28×16mm and 28×14mm choose

  cutting system

     unlimited cutting,no needed to change cutter and change size manually.
