What's the dimension of the roofwall metai sheet?

The regular coil input width

1450mm, 1250mm, 1220mm, 1200mm, 1000mm and 914mm

The output width

depends on the profile size, the profile size is customized according to client's request.
 

We can take one model profile size for example:

the coil input width is 1220mm and output width is 1060mm.

There are 13 waves from the drawing, and wave height is 18mm, wave distance is 88mm.

This drawing is done according to client's request, then we make the machine follow this drawing.

It's the whole look of the  roofwall roll forming machine, full rollers roll forming system.
Hydraulic cutting includes pre cutting and post cutting, depends on customer's request.

The rollers and spacers are chromed treatment, anti corrosion and improve the hardness.
The rolling stations also depends on the profile diameter.

We will arrange the machine test in our factorybefore shipment and invite the buyer come.

The aluminium, PPGI and GI. we will prepare the material for the testing, please check the below picture.

The below roofwall panel on the picture, the material is full hard material of G550.
As we all know , the full hard material in a high yield strength and the thickness for roofwall panel is very thin normally.
So it needs more rolling stations for form the profile, to release the internal stress and keep the good shape size.
