The matching high-speed forming machine needs faster uncoiling speed, and the pneumatic brake can provide greater braking force. Customers need to be equipped with their own compressed air source.
Four arms expanding device with sliding block can provide more powerful force to fixing the coil, The synchronous action can avoid the deformation of the coil.
The block installed on the the arms can suit the coils with bigger inner diameter.
Equiped with high quality solenoid valve,it has the advantages of large flow, sufficient power and low failure rate. The oil tube is bundle arrangement with machine line, with pretty appearance and safer operation.

 

Alignment Guiding Roller

4 rollers on both side to control the feeding of the raw material, to avoid the raw material being left and right, or up and down, and use the screw to adjust.

The diameter of the roller is dia. 117mm,material hardness is 40CrHRC 48-52 degree, the width of supplier table 600mm,the thickness of flat panel 2-4 mm, the power of motor 15kw,the K97 reducer, levering speed:15-22m/min.

Hydraulic motor power: 22kw, YL-32-250 for #82-312; YL-32-315 for#83-506. We will design the punch as the requirement to ensure the flotsam will flow out the hydraulic machine automatically.  The material of the punching head & cutting mould is: Cr12mov
