Test of metal stud roll forming machine for Philippine customer

Today we take video for these two metal stud roll forming machines and  two Slotted Angle Making Machines for Philippine customer. We met this customer on the 122nd Canton Fair. After comparation，finally the customer gave order of four sets roll forming machines to us.

The four machines are finished in 40 days. All  two metal stud roll forming machines and  two Slotted Angle Making Machines are equipped with Servo tracking off cutting decive. The speed can up to 40m/min. After roll forming, we measure the final products. All the sizes are correct. Normaly, we take test videos of all machines before shippment to ensure there is no problem. Even the customer come to see the machine by himself. 

 If the customer are satisfied with our machine and then we prepare the shippment . And if the customer are not satisfied with our machine ,we will change until they are satisfied.
