1. The operator must be familiar with the performance and safe operation process of the metal stud roll forming machine.
2. Before starting production, make sure the machine itself and the surrounding without any debris and obstructions to ensure that the equipment and buttons are normal.
3. Try running one minute each time before starting the machine. Open the grease lubrication pump so that each point is fully lubricated.
Do not start with the load.
4. In the operation process, every minute of lubricating oil, to ensure the safe operation of metal stud forming machine.
5. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to stand at the top of the machine.
6. Stop inspection immediately in case of abnormal vibration, hydraulic oil leakage and noise.
7. Non-operators shall not enter the working area and shall maintain a distance of more than 2 metres.
8. The whole system pressure is 20Mp, it is strictly prohibited to work over pressure. After finishing work, close the stud and track roll forming and cleaning machine
