Model type roof sheet Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine

The glazed tile sheet is a new model type of metal steel building materials, it is formed by the roll forming machine in a shape.
The shape is done according to customers' demand. There are some shapes for the glazed tile sheet.
For example, the round wave,  angle type and the trapezoidal type.
There I will introduce two type of glazed tile roll forming machine

1. The profile drawing of glazed tile roll forming machine:
Here we take the round wave glazed tile roofing sheet and step glazed tile roofing sheet for example:

Both the two kinds profile drawings are the glazed tile roofing sheet, and the wave height and wave distance are different.
Just because these profile drawings, we can give you the specificaiton for the machine.

2. The product of glazed tile roof sheet roll forming machine
Now let's see the final product which produced by our two kinds of machine, normally the sheet material is PPGI, also can use the GI material.
Can choose different colors of PPGI, and make the product sheet more beautiful. The width of mother coil depends on the product size.
For example, the width of 1000mm, 1200mm, 1220mm and 1250mm are the regular sizes.  The width of the product will be like 1000mm.

3. The machine pictures of glazed tile roof sheet roll forming machine
The machine design concepts are optional as well, the machine structure has the carbon steel welded type and the vertical iron casting type.
The regular type structure is the carbon steel welded type, please see the below pictures:

 

Both the two machines adopt hydraulic cutting system,  the glazed tile sheet need press the step before cutting to length.
The pressing device and cutting device will use the same hydraulic oil pump. The cutter material is Cr12 with quenched treatment.
The incision of the product will be very near and tidy. The pillary type structure need fill the lube before start the machine the first time.

Decoiler
The decoiler is mainly to carry the coil and uncoiling, the regular type is the manual type.
That means the decoiler move forward or reversal passively, by roll forming machine pulling.
The core shrink and expand also are manually.

We could provide the hydraulic decoiler as well,  it can save lot of manpower.
The important is that it can move automatically and the core shrink and expand is automaticaly also.
There is the pneumatic brake system on the hydraulic decoiler,
when the material head up much material on the ground it can stop work automatically and restart when need uncoiling.

With the PLC control, the glazed tile roof sheet forming machine can work automatically.  The control panel language can be English, Spanish, Arabic or others.
We can make the language according to customers reuqests.  The advantage of the PLC control program is that we can set up multi orders on the control panel one time.  The machine can work continuously according to the orders, for example, we set up the order like 5 meters long and 50 pieces.  The machine will stop and cutting when the length is getting 5000mm and restart again. Then the cutting quantity achieve 50 pieces, the machine will stop working.


7.After--sales service

A: Warranty: One year ,and we will provide the technical support for the whole life.
B: Training and service: the seller will arrange the technician from Mumbai to customer’s factory to install the equipment and do the training for local workers, once the buyer receive the machines.
The buyer will arrange the transportation and accommodation for the technician, and need 2-3 workers to help our technician for installation and commissioning.
C: we will provide you the layout for installation in English.
