Here is a 3 Tons manual decoiler,it can uncoiling the coil and manualy feeding the material into the main roll former.
The manual decoiler hold outward the coil by four connecting rod.
Its benifit is shown in lower cost, and there is so have hydraulic decoiler for you to choose.

 

The main roll former, our machine deisn type will according to your drawing and special demand.
The below machine is middle plate welded structure, the rollers is 45# steel with chromed treatment.
High quality rollers and roller shaft will ensure the product can be well forming and not deformed.
